The Firewood Co. is a small, woman-owned, and family-operated business located in Willoughby, Ohio. Husband and wife team providing our community, and local businesses and restaurants with quality firewood. Nick is 3rd generation in the tree and firewood industry. He has the experience, knowledge and passion that it takes to ensure our customers receive quality firewood. Nick is there, from start to finish, first cut to delivery, guaranteeing our customers receive only the best. When Nick isn't working hard, you'll find him next to the fire enjoying the same firewood we provide for our community. He loves to create memories around the firepit and cook for our family using our wood. He understands the importance of clean, dry and easy to manage firewood. I (Michelle), am a former nurse, and use my experience to provide a genuine customer-first approach with communication and marketing. It is important that all of our customers, no matter their experience with firewood, can confidently place their orders and understand what they’re getting. I work remotely from home while also caring for our 6 children. I am the main contact person for customers navigating the website, communicating questions or concerns and handling the logistics of delivery. Together, we strive to ensure our customers not only receive the highest quality firewood, but also find the process of ordering fast, easy and safe. If you ever have any questions, please reach out to us. Although Nick is busy processing firewood and I am juggling work and kids, we understand that customer service is just as important as our product. I want our customers, whether a mile away or across the country, to know about us, know who we are, trust us, and to value supporting small family businesses that are the fabric of our country.
